Lead ICT Technician – Harrogate HubJob Type: 37 hours per week, Full Time (all year round)

Description:

Main Duties / Responsibilities
Monitor and action all incoming support requests for Harrogate High and the Harrogate Hub primary schools using the schools in house ticketing system. Support all staff and students with the delivery of teaching and learning using ICT and A/V equipment across each school. Lead, support and help develop an ICT apprentice in all aspects of IT. Liaise with the NSAT IT manager and HHS senior leadership team to help develop and progress all areas of IT provision across the Harrogate hub.

ICT Hardware:

  • Staff & Student devices: Desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors/whiteboards and speakers.

Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a Hub of Schools. The role is extremely varied and you will be responsible for a range of areas including:

  • supervising the cleaning staff working at the various locations through monitoring of areas and ensuring high standards are maintained;
  • Managing equipment, materials and stock levels;
  • Training and developing staff;
  • Monitoring and maintaining records in accordance with COSHH regulations.

You will need to be:

  • Experienced in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry;

  • Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;
