As Learning Director of English you will be fully supported by an experienced team of English teachers who share a vision of excellent teaching and learning founded on collaborative planning, assessment and instruction, and who help each other to continually improve practice. About You

Description:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our central Trust finance team. The Finance Manager will be an integral part of the finance team, leading the day to day finance processes and collaborating closely with the Trust Chief Finance Officer and our hub Business Managers.

The appointed candidate will be a qualified, or part qualified, accountant with a proven track record in leading a team. This post is a great opportunity for a high calibre individual who wishes to use their experience in the education sector.

To be the successful candidate you will:

  • Be a qualified, or part qualified, accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA);
  • Have good current and relevant technical knowledge, including experience in VAT;

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person to provide general support to the school, in a very varied role which includes working alongside members of the staff team to:

  • Supervise students during the morning and lunch breaks, ensuring a caring and safe environment.
  • To provide administrative support to the whole school, assisting the Office Manager in setting up for events and meetings, providing refreshments, updating displays.
  • Perform reception duties during lunch times and other periods of absence, acting as first point of reference for receiving callers, children, parents, visitors and telephone enquiries.
  • Maintaining noticeboards across the school, photocopying, mailshots to new students, general admin.
  • Providing refreshments for meetings, events and for staff at morning break
  • Arranging, setting up and attending school events such as Open Day, Parent Information Evenings and Transition Days.

You will need to be able to demonstrate flexibility and an enthusiasm to learn and have experience of working in an administrative capacity previously. This role involves teamwork and the ability to manage and prioritise own workloads. The successful candidate will have an awareness of safeguarding procedures within school and preferably have had experience of working with children.

Attendance and Data ApprenticeJob Type: 35 hours per week Term time only plus 5 training days

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Business Admin Level 3 Apprentice to provide support to the attendance team and Data Manager. This will involve:

  • Working closely with the Attendance Leader in promoting good attendance across the school
  • Being responsible for the development of individual reports using SIMS Assessment Manager- including the creation and maintenance of student report templates, context sheets and behaviour for learning templates.
  • Managing the end to end process for the student reports as per the school procedures, including design of templates, chasing missing information, checking accuracy of reports, data and target grades, formatting and producing the reports and supporting documentation all within the set-out deadlines in the Data and Assessment Calendar.
  • Assisting the Exams Manager in delivering the internal and external exams programmes including the processing of exam entries, data inputting / amendments / results / printing of timetables and seating plans.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate flexibility and an enthusiasm to learn both general administrative duties but also specific data management processes and procedures. This role involves teamwork and the ability to manage and prioritise own workloads. The successful candidate will have an awareness of safeguarding procedures within school and preferably have had experience of working with children.
