Description:

We are looking for TWO self-motivated individuals to provide high quality and responsive governance support, advice and guidance to the valued volunteers who make up our vibrant governance community.

There are TWO posts available, with postholders working closely as part of a governance team and with the schools that make up our Trust ‘hubs’. The two roles are based in Keighley/Skipton, and Harrogate respectively; however, there may be a requirement to provide cover support to governors in each hub on an ad hoc basis.

You will need to be experienced in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel etc.) as well as using in-house database systems. The successful candidate will ideally have an awareness of governance procedures within a school/Trust environment; however, we welcome and encourage applications from a diverse range of candidates.

We are looking for a HR Officer to join our central Trust HR team. The HR Officer is an integral part of the HR team, who will work closely with our Harrogate schools predomintantly, and assist in the co-ordination and administration of recruitment, personnel records and data, and offer an effective HR support service to the NSAT central team.

To be the successful candidate you will:

  • Act as Relationship manager and develop a strong working relationship within the school communities on all HR matters such as ER case management, maternity and paternity leave, flexible working etc.

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant/Cover Supervisor to support the Student Services and Student Progress teams, to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and enjoy working within a busy team. Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills are essential.
