This week in school for Wellbeing Wednesday, we are focussing on ‘Do one thing for better mental health’ in line with the mind charities message for this year’s World Mental Health Day (10.10.20).

In school we are creating an action calendar for the month, with one simple action we can do each day to boost our wellbeing and mental health. Why not have a look at the link from the mind website at home and continue to discussion as a family?
